Money isn’t just numbers. It’s emotional, behavioral, and deeply personal.
I know because I’ve lived it.
My story
In my early years of motherhood, I spent my days caring for my daughter and my nights wondering why our bank account never seemed to grow.
Every month, my husband would ask, “Why isn’t the bank account growing?” and every month, I’d feel a knot in my stomach.
I wasn’t being reckless – I was overwhelmed.
Before motherhood, I could float through the month, sliding by with a few dollars left. But suddenly I was responsible for bills, a baby, a future… and I did not feel prepared.
So I went looking for answers. I devoured podcasts, books, budgeting systems – anything that could help me understand money.
My husband and I renovated homes, increased our income, built savings… and still, my spending grew too. Clothes, furniture, vacations – I told myself it was all necessary. But deep down, it was emotional.
I spent when I was:
- tired
- comparing myself to others
- stressed
- hormonal
- or trying to feel “enough”
I know many of you can you relate.
From the outside, we looked successful. But, on the inside, the debt felt suffocating.
When my husband’s business stabilized, we paid off our debt, and I felt a pull toward helping other women. I became an Accredited Financial Counselor® – and during those hours of listening to other women’s stories, I finally saw my own.
My spending wasn’t a lack of discipline. It was deeper.
Little by little, I peeled back the layers of my own money story. I built structure. Emotional boundaries. Routines that supported my nervous system. Awareness that changed everything.
It wasn’t quick. But it was life‑changing.
Today, the peace you see in me is real – not because life is perfect, but because I finally understand how to support myself financially and emotionally.
And that’s the transformation
I offer my clients.
Why My Approach Works
Because budgeting isn’t the problem. Budgeting alongside real life is.
I believe your financial plan should work even on the days when:
- your kid’s school sends 4 surprise emails
- your hormones take you on a rollercoaster ride
- you forget to thaw dinner
- and yes, even when the kids decide to make a craft out of your budget worksheet
Financial advice alone doesn’t create change. If it did, we’d all be thriving with a spreadsheet.
What actually works is understanding the why behind your patterns and building systems that support the real you. This isn’t about becoming the “one day I’ll have it all together” version of you, it’s about making intentional changes that actually stick.
I bring the compassion, clarity, and steady support I wish I had years ago.
I work with women who are:
high‑capacity
overwhelmed by disorganization or debt
carrying the full weight of financial responsibility
juggling multiple roles
craving a calmer, clearer way forward
What You Can Expect
→ A clear plan.
→ A steady partner.
→ A grounded path forward.
→ Peace. Not perfection.
