How the Year Works
Month 1: Stabilize
Clarity, awareness, your first aligned plan.
Your first month includes a 4-session onboarding intensive, designed to create clarity, relief, and a plan that actually fits your life. We gather your real numbers, work through the emotional and logistical pressure points, and identify the patterns shaping your spending and debt.
Months 2–4: Build Habits
Once you’re stable, we focus on simple routines that stick.
Each month includes mini-goal planning sessions to help you stay focused on what matters right now, without trying to overhaul everything at once. We work through resistance, spending guilt, and habit-building in a way that feels realistic for your life and family.
Months 5–10: Optimize
This phase is about refinement, flexibility, and strengthening what’s already working.
Life will change during these months—and instead of derailing progress, we adjust together. You’ll continue monthly mini-goal planning, community support, and system refinement, while using your tools and templates more intuitively.
Months 11–12: Sustain & Graduate
These months are all about building long‑term confidence.
We zoom out to review progress, reinforce your strongest habits, and prepare you to carry this work forward without fear of “messing it up.” You’ll leave knowing how to adjust your finances as life changes—without starting over.

What to expect
This membership is designed to change how money feels in your everyday life—not just what it looks like on paper. You’ll move out of the constant push-pull with your finances and into something steadier, calmer, and more sustainable. Instead of white-knuckling a plan or starting over every month, you’ll build a relationship with money that feels supportive and realistic.
You’ll walk away with:
- a calm relationship with money (not the love-hate situationship you currently have),
- a plan that doesn’t require monk-level discipline,
habits that feel like brushing your teeth – not climbing Everest, - confidence that shows up in your decisions and your bank balance.
stop fighting your finances. STart feeling steady.
If you’re ready to build a long-term framework you can return to as your life evolves, reach out to connect with me and get started.
